Reservations

Reservations are not considered confirmed until required deposits and booking information have been received and approved by The Clubhouse.

Payments

Guests agree to pay all reservation charges, fees, taxes, and approved incidental charges associated with their booking.

Security Deposits

Security deposits may be collected prior to arrival and refunded following inspection of the property after departure, less any approved assessments for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any invited visitors during their stay.

Property Rules

Guests agree to comply with all property rules, safety requirements, occupancy limits, lake regulations, and applicable local laws.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies are governed by the reservation agreement applicable to the specific booking.

Limitation of Liability

The Clubhouse shall not be liable for losses, injuries, accidents, theft, weather-related disruptions, utility interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
